We believe that:

  • The Bible is the flawless, divinely-inspired word of God and It will always be the final authority for all Christian faith and life.

  • There is one God who is eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • God is the creator of the universe creating both of the seen (physical) and the unseen (spiritual) realms. God the creator is also the giver of life who created man and woman in his image and designed us for relationship with himself.

  • Jesus Christ is the son of God who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died for our sins on the cross at Calvary. He was resurrected from the grave and ascended into Heaven where He now sits at the right hand of the Father.

  • Salvation is a free gift from God, based on the merits of the death of His Son, and is appropriated by faith. Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ. Salvation is brought about through personal repentance, turning from your sin and intending to lead a new life in Christ through the Holy Spirit, belief on the Lord Jesus, and a personal acceptance of Him into one’s life as Lord and Savior.

  • Salvation is to be accompanied by baptism which is a response to the command given by Jesus Himself as a condition of discipleship.

  • We anxiously await the second coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

  • The Holy Spirit is ever-present in the world and working to draw people to Jesus. The Holy Spirit lives in each believer from the moment of salvation and provides believers with power, understanding, guidance, and giftings.

  • God has created each person with a unique plan and purpose.

  • All people are created in God’s image and are therefore equal before God as persons, possessing the same value with equal access to God through faith in Christ.

  • God bestows spiritual gifts on men and women with the purpose of empowering them for ministry in the local church and beyond. Therefore both men and women are to be encouraged, equipped, and empowered to utilize their gifting in ministry, in service to the body of Christ, and the fulfillment of the Great Commission to share the Gospel through the ends of the earth.

  • We believe the church is the Body of Christ, the family of God made up of every Christian. It is expressed through local congregations of Christians. It is a place where believers can experience community and relationship with one another and where the Holy Spirit empowers Christians to use their gifts to impact the world around them, to share the gospel message, and to help one another grow spiritually.

  • Christians are called to show love, meet the needs of others, and share the truth of the Gospel with the world around them. God calls us to do these tasks while treating others with dignity and respect.
