Christie Love , Lead Pastor  Christie has been in full-time ministry for a decade. She has a passion for seeing people find and fulfill their God-given calling and purposes. Previously she founded and lead an international women's organization called LeadHer that focused on helping women worldwide grow in their faith and leadership skills. In 2016 she was named to John Maxwell's  top 100 Leaders list . She is a book nerd and java junkie who loves leading, preaching, and spending time with family and friends. She holds an B.A. in Ministry and Leadership from Grace Bible college and is and a Masters of Practical Theology from Regent University. Holly Madden,   Children's Pastor and T.E.A.M Director   Holly has an contagious joy for loving people and kids of all ages. After a journey of infertility, loss, foster care, and the birth of her daughter, Elliana Joy, she developed a deep love for walking with kids through both the good and the hard things in life. She is passionate about authentically showing them what it looks like to have a relationship with Jesus and about being a resource and a support to the kids and to their families. She is a wife, a mom, a foster mom, an artist, a nature lover, and a musician, who strives to find adventure in each day.   Instagram

Madisen Cavender , Worship Leader  Maddie is a future high school English teacher who is fighting for educational equality and reaching students who can often disappear in the classroom. She loves hearing someone's story and wants to reach out to the diverse populations of Springfield, reconciling with those that have been mistreated and creating a diverse church family.

Ally Henny,  Pastoral Intern  Ally is a full-time wife, mother, and student. She is pursuing her Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Race, Cultural Identity, and Reconciliation. She has a desire to see all people encounter Jesus and be transformed by his power and love. She has a passion for racial healing and justice and seeks to heal our nation's racial divide through truth-telling, education, and compassion. Bob Love,  Facilities Director  Bob grew up in upstate NY but has called the Ozarks home for more than ten years. He gets his greatest joy from helping others around him. When he's not working or serving, he can normally be found in his shop building something, in the woods hunting, or spending time with his wife Christie and their four teenagers.

Jeana Walton-Day,  Connecting Team Director  Jeana works in the healthcare field, which she finds rewarding and exciting. Originally from St. Louis, she has lived in Springfield for almost five years and is excited to see what God has in store for our community through the launch of TCG.
