Veterans Upward Bound OTC
VUB is a federally funded grant program operating out of Ozarks Technical Community College and is a free service for veterans to help them meet their educational goals. The program is open to all active service members and veterans residing in the service area of the grant needing assistance with college admissions, financial aid, and/or other academic needs and is not limited to just those attending Ozarks Technical Community College.
