Medical Hours are:
Mondays: 8PM-12PM, Tuesdays/Thursdays 8 AM- 4 PM, and Saturdays: 8 AM-Noon.
TCG Medical Outreach
The medical area at our Outreach Center strives to provide care to our neighbors in need through:
Wound care
Foot care
Over-the-counter medication
Chronic health management (blood pressure, blood sugar, etc)
Medication management
Medical system navigation (Dr. appointments)
Medicaid applications
